Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat a diverse patient population including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Dakota
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Proficiency with electronic medical records
