Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
Provide direct therapy services and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on communication strategies and exercises
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (CA License)
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of evidence-based speech therapy techniques
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
Organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation
