Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts including 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote wellbeing
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Carolina
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of infection control protocols
Knowledge of patient safety and fall prevention
Ability to use electronic health records (EHR) systems
Basic life support skills
Cultural sensitivity and respect for diversity
