Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance disorders
Collaborate with PTAs and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR
Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 supervisory references within required timeframe (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years)
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
