Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; weekend call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Philips 1.5T and 3T, and Siemens 1.5T equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize imaging outcomes
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Participate in on-call rotation covering weeknights and weekends

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and MRI registry required
Texas state license is not required but preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist
Proficiency with Philips 1.5T and 3T, Siemens 1.5T, and AMRIT systems
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Ability to work independently and handle call responsibilities

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in MRI safety and scanning protocols
Strong patient care and communication skills
Proficient in Philips and Siemens MRI systems
Experience with AMRIT software is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot imaging issues
Time management and organizational skills
