Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (8-hour shifts within this window)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
Provide skilled manual therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to patient goals
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention strategies
Accurately document patient progress and outcomes in the EMR system
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs, rehab techs, and the Director of Rehab

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in Arizona (or compact eligibility)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience required
BLS and CPR certification (American Heart Association)
Proficiency with EMR systems
Strong communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
Experience with vestibular rehab and BPPV treatment
Manual therapy techniques
Ability to work with a large geriatric population
Time management and documentation efficiency
