Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses with precision
• Ensure accurate and timely results for patient care decisions
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following protocols
• Adhere to strict safety and quality control standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide excellent patient outcomes
• Specialize in blood bank procedures and transfusion medicine

Qualifications

• Active California CLS or MLS license required
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical laboratory experience
• Blood bank experience is a must
• TB clearance within the past 12 months
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in clinical laboratory science and blood banking
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
