Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient status
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comforting environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maine (or compact state)
• Current BLS certification (CPR)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Ability to work flexible per diem hours, including nights
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
