Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document patient status, vitals, and responses to care
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individualized care plans
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care strategies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment while following infection control protocols
- Document care promptly and thoroughly in accordance with facility standards
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- BLS certification required
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics is a plus
- Must meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements or have an approved religious/medical exemption
- Ability to work overnight shifts and provide reliable, compassionate care
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient safety
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and dosage calculation skills
- Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
