Shift Type: 2026-08-19, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (PA/NOC shift, 30-minute meal break)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care
- Document nursing assessments and interventions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to deliver the best outcomes
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maine (or eligible to practice in Maine)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to quality patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of medication administration and wound care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Comfort with electronic health records and documentation
- A compassionate, patient-first approach to care
