Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement and adjust treatment plans
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition or emergencies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing or registered nursing program
• Prior experience in rehab, skilled nursing, or long-term care is a plus
• Must meet facility vaccination requirements or have an approved exemption
• Ability to pass background checks and provide valid identification

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort using electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Genuine passion for helping others and providing quality care
• Adaptability to handle a fast-paced rehab environment
