Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM evenings with weekend call required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Decontaminate instruments with precision and care
Assemble sterile trays ready for life-saving procedures
Sterilize equipment to the highest standards
Reprocess scopes supporting ortho, general, gyn, and GI cases
Respond to calls within 30 minutes to ensure OR readiness

Qualifications

2 years of experience in sterile processing
CRCST certification via HSPA
BLS certification from AHA
Valid driver's license for 60-mile radius rule

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in decontamination and scope reprocessing
Skilled in instrument assembly and sterilization
Familiarity with OR equipment including upcoming da Vinci robot
Comfortable with Epic charting system
