Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 weekend shifts per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate couplet care keeping mom and baby together
Support patient choices to promote personalized birth experiences
Circulate in OR and manage procedures like IUPC, FSE and MgSO4
Handle postpartum hemorrhage care using innovative JADA system
Promote breastfeeding with donor milk availability when needed
Collaborate with 24/7 midwives, CRNAs and laborist team

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of experience in Post Partum/Mom Baby
BLS, NRP and ACLS certifications required
Drive to deliver highest quality care to laboring patients

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Post Partum/Mom Baby expertise
Spinning babies techniques a plus
STABLE knowledge helpful
Proficiency with CPN and Meditech documentation
Patient ratios of 1-2 for focused quality care
