Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, work at least 4 weekends per schedule period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care in a fast-paced 16-bed NVICU saving lives daily
Manage 2:1 patient ratios with precision and compassion
Perform central line and A-line placements plus intubations
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 46 staff members
Navigate Meditech EMR to keep patient records spot-on
Float to other ICUs, BMT and PCU floors as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license ready for Texas adventure
ACLS certification required
At least 1 year of hands-on ICU experience
Team player attitude with accountability and caring heart

Education

RN licensure with relevant ICU training

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU foundational skills
Meditech EMR experience a big plus
Oncology and neuro experience preferred
Proficiency with standard ICU equipment
Comfort with advanced procedures like EVD placement
