Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 2 weekends per pay period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to trauma and burn patients in a high-acuity 30-bed ICU
Manage critical procedures like wound care, codes, EVDs and MTP with precision
Collaborate seamlessly with a team of 85 dedicated staff using cutting-edge critical care technology
Monitor and support 2:1 patient ratios while adapting to dynamic census needs
Float confidently to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or PCU units as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license
At least 1 year of experience
Trauma, burn and surgical ICU experience required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Team player who asks questions and helps others
Preferred: BSN and CCRN certification

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care equipment and Meditech EMR
Proficiency in high-stakes procedures including wound care and codes
Adaptability across ICU specialties like trauma, burn and surgical
Excellent critical thinking under pressure
