Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations to kickstart patient recovery
- Develop personalized plans of care that make real differences
- Assist with rounds and care conferences for holistic patient support
- Collaborate closely with the rehab team on progress and discharge planning
- Deliver therapy in rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art gyms
- Float between acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as needed
Qualifications
- Active NC Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Experience in hospital and nursing home settings
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ years in medical settings
Education
- Physical Therapy degree with NC licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
- Hospital and nursing home therapy expertise
- Strong team communication for patient progress updates
- Adaptability across acute, swing bed, and outpatient services
