Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations to kickstart patient recovery
Develop personalized plans of care that make real differences
Assist with rounds and care conferences for holistic patient support
Collaborate closely with the rehab team on progress and discharge planning
Deliver therapy in rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art gyms
Float between acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as needed

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
Experience in hospital and nursing home settings
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ years in medical settings

Education

Physical Therapy degree with NC licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Hospital and nursing home therapy expertise
Strong team communication for patient progress updates
Adaptability across acute, swing bed, and outpatient services
