Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients making a real difference in their lives
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ready for travel adventures with a positive spirit
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong assessment skills for critically ill patients
- Proficiency with ICU equipment and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
