Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage telemetry for 4-6 patients, delivering critical care with precision
Recover heart cath patients and perform bubble studies, making a real difference in their outcomes
Administer medication drips and manage central lines, ensuring top-tier patient safety
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 8 RNs and techs on a 37-bed medical unit
Utilize Meditech EMR and advanced equipment like PCA pumps and chest tubes to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Tele experience preferred to hit the ground running
Kansas RN license or willingness to obtain quickly

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac care expertise
Proficiency with central lines, medication drips, and heart cath recovery
Critical thinking and independent decision-making in fast-paced settings
Familiarity with Meditech EMR, IV pumps, PCA pumps, and chest tubes
Positive attitude and engagement that energizes the team
