Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including 6 weekend days per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to oncology and women's surgical patients, making a real difference in their lives
Monitor patient conditions closely with 1:4 or 1:5 ratios for meaningful connections
Administer treatments and assist with procedures like occasional pelvic exams, echoes and thoracentesis
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 4-6 RNs, CNAs and leadership on the 24-bed unit
Utilize Cerner EMR to ensure seamless, high-quality documentation and care

Qualifications

Active RN license - a must-have to join this amazing team
BLS certification required
2+ years of experience, especially in oncology
Chemo Certification preferred to hit the ground running
Team player attitude with willingness to learn and grow

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology expertise for specialized patient care
Women's surgical skills for diverse procedures
Proficiency with standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR
Strong assessment and monitoring abilities
