Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Masterfully compound and dispense medications using DoseEdge to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize inpatient pharmaceutical care
Monitor drug therapies and prevent errors in a high-volume 500-600 daily census environment
Utilize Meditech EMR to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows
Thrive in a busy unit where your quick thinking makes a real difference every shift

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license with at least 1 year of experience
Proven hands-on experience with DoseEdge (must-have skill)
Comfortable in fast-paced inpatient pharmacy settings
Personality that loves staying busy and hates downtime

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in DoseEdge pharmacy automation system
Familiarity with Pyxis ES and Meditech EMR systems
Strong attention to detail in high-volume medication dispensing
Excellent collaboration skills in team-oriented environments
