Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety every step of the way
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to execute procedures with precision and confidence
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for seamless surgeries
- Monitor patients pre, intra, and post-op to make a real difference in their recovery
- Maintain sterile environments and uphold the highest standards of OR excellence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Proficiency with OR equipment and instrumentation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Quick thinking and adaptability under pressure
