Roles & Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans that truly make a difference in patients' lives
Deliver compassionate, hands-on therapy in a supportive team environment
Collaborate with devoted staff to provide top-tier care for deserving residents
Contribute your passion and ideas to a patient-first rehab team

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed)
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Team player with excellent communication skills
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred, but new grads welcome

Education

Graduate of an accredited PT program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
