Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry patients with sharp critical thinking to catch issues early
Manage central lines, medication drips, and heart cath recoveries with confidence
Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced intermediate care unit
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 8 RNs per shift to provide top-notch patient outcomes
Handle chest tubes, PCA pumps, and IVs while keeping patient ratios optimal at 1:4 to 1:6

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience, with at least 1 year in telemetry
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ready to jump into a dynamic 37-bed intermediate care unit

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac care expertise
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Experience with NIH stroke scale a plus
Independent thinker with a positive attitude and stellar patient care skills
