Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate patient care during night shifts
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch outcomes
Support residents in achieving their wellness goals
Document care accurately to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
Current BLS certification
Commitment to patient-centered care
Reliable and ready for per diem night shifts

Education

Valid LPN or RN licensure from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Medication administration expertise
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Night shift adaptability and stamina
