Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology therapy to diverse patients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that make real differences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess swallowing and communication disorders with precision and care
- Educate patients and families to empower lasting improvements
Qualifications
- Active SLP license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- BLS certification required
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for ASHA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong skills in dysphagia and aphasia management
- Proficiency with therapy tools and techniques
- Excellent patient communication and empathy
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments
