Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate behavioral health support to individuals in need
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions that make a real difference
Advocate for clients' well-being in a dynamic correctional environment

Qualifications

Active LCSW or LMHC license in Florida
Previous correctional experience highly preferred
Passionate about behavioral health and ready to make an impact

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in behavioral health interventions
Strong crisis management and counseling skills
Experience navigating correctional healthcare settings
Excellent communication and empathy in high-stakes environments
