Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate behavioral health support to individuals in need
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions that make a real difference
- Advocate for clients' well-being in a dynamic correctional environment
Qualifications
- Active LCSW or LMHC license in Florida
- Previous correctional experience highly preferred
- Passionate about behavioral health and ready to make an impact
Education
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in behavioral health interventions
- Strong crisis management and counseling skills
- Experience navigating correctional healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and empathy in high-stakes environments
