Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to patients battling asthma, pneumonia and emphysema
Manage advanced ventilators like Servo I and Hamilton systems with confidence
Perform critical procedures including ABGs, CPT and nebulizer treatments
Collaborate with physicians in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Evaluate and treat respiratory insufficiencies to make real differences in patient lives

Qualifications

Active RRT credential
BLS and ACLS certifications required
At least 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Florida license or compact state eligibility

Education

Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Experience with Servo I ventilators, V60 and Astral CPAP/BIPAP machines
Trauma experience is a big plus
Critical thinking in high-volume settings handling 44-46 procedures per shift
