Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in crafting and executing rehabilitation care plans with an interdisciplinary team
Perform lab draws, administer IV medications and blood products as needed
Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessments to ensure patient progress
Educate patients and families on care plans and rehab programs
Deliver compassionate care using patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometers, and breathing treatments
Utilize your med/surg skills in this exciting post-acute setting

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of current acute care Rehab RN experience
BLS certification required
CRRN Certification preferred
Ready to thrive in a new, state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Acute care rehab nursing expertise
Meditech EMR experience a plus
Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute settings
Strong communication and empathy skills
Patient education and advocacy
