Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert critical care to CVICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Advocate for patients and families during high-stakes moments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, preferably in CVICU
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Expertise with cardiac drips, IABPs, and Impellas
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle high-acuity patients with confidence
