Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including 6 weekend days per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate oncology care to patients on a 24-bed unit
Manage patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 with precision and empathy
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 4-6 RNs, CNAs, and leadership
Perform key procedures like occasional pelvic exams, echoes, and thoracentesis
Utilize Cerner EMR to ensure seamless, high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS certification
2+ years of nursing experience
Chemo Certification preferred to hit the ground running

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology nursing expertise
Team player attitude with willingness to learn
Familiarity with standard med-surg equipment
Occasional floating to other med-surg units
