Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend high-risk deliveries to provide critical initial support for tiniest patients
- Masterfully manage ventilators, from conventional to high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
- Administer surfactant therapies that make a real difference in neonatal outcomes
- Acquire and interpret blood gases with precision to guide life-saving decisions
- Oversee Nitric Oxide administration to stabilize fragile little ones
Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- At least 1 year of experience, with Level 3 NICU or 3-5 years Level 2 NICU strongly preferred
- NRP certification required
- STABLE certification a fantastic plus
