Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate seamlessly with RN case managers to deliver exceptional care
Document patient progress with precision and care
Communicate effectively with teams, patients and families
Shift attention fluidly between multiple tasks to keep care flowing
Build lasting trust with patients, families and your amazing team
Float where needed to make the biggest impact

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of nursing experience
Experience in case management preferred

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong documentation skills using systems like Cerner
Excellent communication abilities
Multitasking prowess
Relationship-building expertise with patients and teams
