Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM with call requirement one weekend a month and 2-3 days per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub high-impact cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures like CABG, valves, and TAVR
Support Level 2 trauma coverage for complex vascular and thoracic cases
Assist with advanced interventions including EVAR, TEVAR, LVAD, and ECMO
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 9 dedicated staff members
Maintain sterile fields and ensure smooth OR operations using Meditech EMR
Respond promptly to calls with 30-minute callback reliability

Qualifications

CST/ORT certification with 2+ years of OR experience
Must-have cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical experience
Punctual with 30-minute call-back availability and flexible schedule
Experience scrubbing cardiac and vascular cases preferred
