Shift Type: Full-time, 3x12 hour night shifts per week 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate labor and delivery care to mothers and newborns
- Monitor fetal heart rates and manage high-risk situations with confidence
- Assist in C-sections, inductions and emergency OB procedures
- Perform newborn assessments and transitions with precision
- Recover mothers post-delivery ensuring smooth postpartum care
- Collaborate with seasoned team members in a dynamic LDRP unit
- Contribute to patient safety through daily rounding and teamwork
Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience
- BLS, NRP and Fetal Monitoring training certifications
- Comfortable with OB emergencies like shoulder dystocia and PP hemorrhage
Education
- Valid RN license
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in fetal monitoring and inductions with Pitocin and cervidil
- Proficiency in newborn transition and assessment
- Experience with C-sections, vacuum and forceps deliveries
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation and central monitoring systems
