Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert treatment and evaluation for patients battling respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema
Manage life-saving equipment like CPAP, BiPAP, nebulizers, and oxygen systems with precision
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced 12-bed unit to optimize patient outcomes
Provide critical respiratory support maintaining 1:1 or 2:1 patient ratios for personalized care

Qualifications

Active RRT credential
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - absolute must-haves
2+ years of acute care hospital RRT experience
ICU experience and Meditech proficiency preferred for top consideration

Knowledge & Skills
