Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver total care to critically ill oncology patients making a real difference
- Masterfully titrate drips and manage ventilators with precision
- Provide compassionate trach care, dressing changes and turning
- Monitor and manage BiPAP and advanced equipment saving lives daily
- Collaborate with physicians and team members for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- At least 1 year of ICU experience
- Strong passion for critical care nursing
Education
- RN degree from accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- ICU expertise including titrating drips and ventilator management
- BiPAP patient care proficiency
- Familiarity with CRRT and transplant experience a plus
- Comfort with A-line, Flow-trak and IV pumps
- EMR experience with Meditech
