Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver total care to critically ill oncology patients making a real difference
Masterfully titrate drips and manage ventilators with precision
Provide compassionate trach care, dressing changes and turning
Monitor and manage BiPAP and advanced equipment saving lives daily
Collaborate with physicians and team members for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license
ACLS and BLS certifications required
At least 1 year of ICU experience
Strong passion for critical care nursing

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

ICU expertise including titrating drips and ventilator management
BiPAP patient care proficiency
Familiarity with CRRT and transplant experience a plus
Comfort with A-line, Flow-trak and IV pumps
EMR experience with Meditech
