Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform specialized radiologic procedures including angiograms, biopsies, and drainage procedures
Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
Operate advanced imaging equipment with precision
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnostics
Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols
Document procedures and maintain patient records

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in special procedures or interventional radiology
Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and, if applicable, in Cardiovascular-Interventional (CV) or Vascular-Interventional (VI)
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in fluoroscopy, angiography, and CT guidance techniques
Strong understanding of anatomy and sterile technique
Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
