Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients, focusing on dignity and comfort
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team promptly
Perform vital signs and basic clinical tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Document care clearly and timely in the patient record
Support a collaborative care environment by communicating effectively with nurses and other staff
Maintain infection control standards and a safe environment for patients

Qualifications

Current and valid CNA certification (California required)
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working night shifts and able to perform physical aspects of patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and basic clinical assessments
Infection prevention and safe patient handling
Accurate vital signs measurement and documentation
Basic charting and timely communication with nursing staff
Professional bedside manner and patient-centered approach
