Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, organized care environment
Document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Current basic patient care experience; per diem or clinical background preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with patients and staff
Ability to pass facility background checks and meet required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental clinical skills in patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and vital signs
Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal and observational skills
Basic infection control and safety protocols knowledge
Comfortable with timely and accurate documentation
