Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Physical Therapy Department with inspiring leadership and staff supervision
Develop innovative therapy programs tailored to physician instructions using heat, cold, manual therapy, and more
Deliver hands-on patient care including exercises, gait training, and balance re-education
Manage the department's yearly budget and order essential supplies
Observe patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and collaborate with physicians
Schedule treatments, prepare progress reports, and mentor physical therapy students

Qualifications

Current Washington State Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
Graduation from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
Five years of practical physical therapy experience
Three years management experience in a Rehab Therapy department

Education

Graduation from a School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities
Expertise in patient care and therapy program development
Budget management and administrative skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional materials
Mathematical skills for practical solutions
Problem-solving in varied situations
