Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule to be determined (start/end times and specific days to be confirmed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Assess patient status, monitor changes, and communicate effectively with the care team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Develop and update individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care
- Educate residents and families about care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; additional certifications encouraged
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar clinical settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in patient assessment and nursing interventions
- Comfortable with electronic charting systems and accurate documentation
- Medication administration and safety best practices
- Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions
