Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients and their families
Assess patient conditions, document findings, and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Monitor patient progress and escalate changes in condition promptly
Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and follow-up

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania licensure or applicable compact privileges preferred)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS or specialty certifications preferred where applicable
Clinical nursing experience in acute care or related settings preferred (1+ year recommended)
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making abilities
Medication administration and IV therapy competence
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and accurate documentation
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Time management, prioritization, and adaptability in a clinical environment
