Location: Omaha, NE

Start Date: 08-03-2026

End Date: 11-02-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend, every third holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, neurological, and medical conditions
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
Serve as Charge Nurse, coordinating patient flow and supporting team members
Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab to provide coverage as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
Driver's license required for radius determination
Positive attitude, strong communication, and critical thinking skills essential

Knowledge & Skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Strong cardiac monitoring and drip titration skills
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
Adaptability to float across multiple units
