Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality 1:1 physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting
Evaluate and manage a diverse caseload of orthopedic and general rehab patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for optimal outcomes
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and rehab aides
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with referring providers

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or Compact privilege
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in outpatient orthopedics is required
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a small community rehab environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy
Proficient in evaluating and treating a wide variety of outpatient conditions
Excellent time management and patient education skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
