Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance difficulties
Manage a daily caseload of 9-11 patients with a focus on quality care and functional outcomes
Collaborate with a team of PTAs and support staff to optimize patient recovery
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence

Qualifications

Active California PT license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 supervisory references within 12 months and 3 years
No direct employment with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within the past year

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy
Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
