Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in an outpatient setting
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve functional goals
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and strategies for continued improvement

Qualifications

Hold a current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license (or be eligible for licensure)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Experience with outpatient or adult populations is a plus
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
