Roles & Responsibilities

Lead clinical workflow optimization initiatives to enhance patient care
Implement and support electronic health record systems
Train and mentor clinical staff on informatics applications
Analyze clinical data to improve outcomes and efficiency
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to bridge technology and care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in clinical informatics or health IT preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical workflow analysis and optimization
Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems expertise
Data analysis and reporting
Project management and change management
Interdisciplinary collaboration
