Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient and occasional inpatient physical therapy to diverse patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and improve quality of life
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient recovery
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation techniques
Knowledge of inpatient therapy protocols for Saturday coverage
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs
