Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care to critically ill patients in a 16-bed CICU
Titrate vesicant medications and manage pressors with precision
Monitor and interpret telemetry while managing vents, trachs, and hemodynamics
Collaborate with a dedicated RN-only team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Float to various units as needed while maintaining the highest standards of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact license
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong skills in titration of vesicant meds, pressors, sedation, paralytics, vents, trachs, telemetry interpretation, hemodynamics, and PA catheter management

Knowledge & Skills

Titration of vesicant medications and familiarity with pressors
Experience with sedation, paralytics, vents, and trachs
Telemetry interpretation and understanding of hemodynamics
PA catheter setup and interpretation
Preferred: IABP, Impella, and CRRT experience
