Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate Med/Surg nursing care to adult patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document promptly
Monitor patient status, identify changes, and escalate concerns to the care team
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact RN licensure where applicable
Current BLS certification required; ACLS or other specialty certifications encouraged
Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing is preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Medication administration and IV therapy competence
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation
Patient and family education techniques
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond in fast-paced settings
